Product experience, design & research Leader
For more than twenty years I've worked with product organizations to turn fragmented evidence into better decisions, stronger product experiences, and more capable design organizations.
I'm drawn to work where the path forward isn't obvious: improving activation, simplifying complex platforms, building stronger product organizations, or helping teams connect seemingly unrelated customer insights into a clearer product direction. When I’m not building products or teams, you’ll find me traveling, discovering new restaurants, or goofing off with my kids.
How I Work
I connect business goals to customer research, product behavior, and organizational constraints to identify opportunities that will have the greatest impact for customers and the business.
From there, I work with cross-functional teams to build the evidence, alignment, and systems needed to move those opportunities forward.
That might mean developing operating cadences, career frameworks, research practices, product strategy, or experience direction—but the goal is always the same: helping good decisions become durable outcomes.

Lauren's leadership skills and expertise as UX/UI designer and manager is unmatched by most. Her passion for building her team while also building personal relationships with everyone makes her a leader that I was extremely lucky to have worked for.
