About Lauren
I’m a product experience leader with more than twenty years across design, research, and product strategy. I’m most energized by problems where the answer is not obvious, such as weak adoption and fragmented customer evidence, as well as building and growing teams ready for their next level. I learn complex systems by building. I synthesize what I learn into practical frameworks, then help organizations use that knowledge to make better decisions.
Leadership
My background in UX and research helps me recognize patterns, ask sharper questions, and strengthen the work without taking ownership away from the people delivering it. I care deeply about building trusted teams, creating clear expectations, and helping people grow.
Community
I led the South Florida UX Meetup for thirteen years, growing it to more than 3k members. I’ve served on industry boards, spoken at U.S. and international conferences, and taught undergraduate and graduate courses in UX design and research.
Personally
When I’m not noodling with AI, optimizing my living room, or building websites for neighbors, I’m traveling, playing with my kids, experimenting with arts and crafts, or occasionally nerding out over video games. I have a deep appreciation for good food and thoughtfully crafted experiences.
