UX LAT

I feel privileged to have been one of the 10 speakers invited for the first UX Lat event in Santiago, Chile. At the event I ran a workshop covering cognitive biases. How so many of our decisions are unconscious, and how to design for success by better understanding the way people think.

Rocket Matter

One of the top three legal practice management software companies needed a way to go mobile. I was thrilled to have the chance to evaluate their software, and customer needs, while coming up with a strategy for taking their product to the next level.

Red Zone

I get excited when I have the opportunity to help a company improve their product design, but even more so when it's a design competition for a product I want to use. With 4 hours left in a 72 hour competition I joined the challenge and received 3rd place.

What is the sentiment about our product? What do people think of when they think of us? These were some of the questions we needed answers for. I took to the trade show floor at Ultimate Software's biggest customer event to do some customer collage activities and see if I could find some answers.
